Our Story
FosterKonnect began in the hearts and minds of a group of people who live this work—Licensed Child Placing Agency Administrators (LCPAAs), Licensed Child Care Administrators (LCCAs), and daily field experts. These professionals teamed up with mission-minded developers to create a software system that solved the very problems they faced every day.
The result? A Texas-based system built specifically for foster care agencies—designed not just for compliance, but for compassion.
